WAUKESHA — A two-day celebration
of Raised Grain Brewing has been planned for next weekend to welcome
customers to its new taproom and brewery on Dolphin Drive in
Waukesha.
It was previously located on Bluemound Road behind Home Depot in
Waukesha.
The space at 1725 Dolphin Drive, Suite B, is 20,000 square feet and
will be able to accommodate the growing operations of the brewery,
which is only a few years old.
Friday’s celebrations will start at 3 p.m. and go until 11 p.m. with
a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3:30 p.m. When the taproom opens at 3
p.m. there will be some kegs of the company’s cellared beers,
including Bourbon Anniversary 2018 Stout and Rum Barrel-Aged Porter.
From noon to 11 p.m. Saturday there will be some special timed
tappings, including the Blended 2018 Anniversary Stout at 1 p.m.
Also check out the new and expanded food market from Chef Mark’s
kitchen. There will be some treats in the beer cooler available for
purchase.
