CEDARBURG — Amish Craftsmen Guild has been named a finalist for “Most Innovative Company” and “Best Retailer” for the 2019 Business Excellence Awards, an annual event that honors the best of the best small and medium-sized businesses around the world.

The event started Sunday and runs through today in Charleston, S.C. It is designed to showcase exceptional results for business owners, entrepreneurs, and their teams. The Business Excellence Forum and Awards are sponsored by Action-COACH, an award-winning business coaching franchise, according to a news release.

Amish Craftsmen Guild has carved out a niche in sustainable, high-quality handcrafted outdoor furniture in Cedarburg.

Amish Craftsmen Guild has been in business for more than 20 years, collaborating with old-order Amish crafters to create timeless and unique pieces that meet the ever-changing styles and demands of consumers while being socially and environmentally responsible, the news release added.
