WAUKESHA — The city of Waukesha could soon be getting
another Taco Bell, this one on the city’s far north
The Albor Restaurant Group has applied through the city
to construct a Taco Bell restaurant and drivethru at
2707 N. Grandview Blvd., near the busy intersection of
North Grandview Boulevard and Silvernail Road. The site
is currently occupied by Silvernail Woods Office Park.
Albor expects the new building to be 2,112 square feet
and to “feature a new prototypical style for Taco Bell.”
The proposed restaurant would operate seven days a week,
opening as early as 7 a.m. The dining area of the
restaurant would close at 11 p.m. everyday, but the
drive-thru would stay open until 3 a.m. on weekdays and
4 a.m. on weekends. While Taco Bell does operate a dozen

would not serve alcohol.
The site plan also calls for about 18 parking spots for
those looking to dine in or pick up their orders on
Albor Restaurant Group’s upper management team consists
of many multi-unit managers who each have well over 15
years of “quick service restaurant experience,” the
application letter states.
Their proposal is slated to go before the city Plan
Commission on March 13, according to online city
