PEWAUKEE — MOD Pizza could move
into the Shoppes at Meadow Ridge development at
1450 Capitol Drive as Plan Commission members prepare to discuss
their tenancy at a meeting Thursday night.
MOD Pizza is a casual dine-in and carry-out pizza restaurant that
offers pizza with a selection of 30 different toppings, as well as
many salad options. The business hopes to get conditional use
approval for a 1,408-square-foot space within the multi-tenant
building that’s a part of the Shoppes at Meadow Ridge development.
The restaurant would also have outdoor seating.
If approved, Mod Pizza would be the sixth business to inhabit the
development, which includes a Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Jersey Mike’s,
Summit Credit Union and Associated Bank. This means the developers
only have to attract three more tenants before filling the
development entirely, Pewaukee Village Administrator Scott Gosse
told a Freeman reporter.
“I think they were diligent on the front end of getting tenants
lined up as they were working on the overall project,” Gosse said.
