PORT WASHINGTON — Wing It! is undergoing a series of changes, including its name. Now the Good Land Wing Co., the restaurant at 620 W. Grand Ave. has a new interior paint job and new menu items. The focus will now be on chicken wings that are oven-baked rather than fried. This concept was developed by the owners of Wing It!

“The reason for the big change over is simple, we want to provide food that people love, like chicken wings, but without the guilt of having it deep fried. We want to make eating healthier easy for anyone to do, no fitness diet or meal plan needed,” said owner Josh Brown.

Sauce flavors and heat range from mild including teriyaki, sweet bbq and garlic parmesan to sweet heat like mango habanero. Daring folks can try Good Land Wing Co.’s signature diablo fuego challenge. Guests who complete the 10-wing, 15-minute challenge will be enshrined on the restaurant’s wall of fame. Brown is excited to continue doing business in Port Washington. “We’ve been here for over four years and we came to a point in our travels that it was either time to expand and relocate when we rebrand or invest back into my hometown and really give back to the community that helped us grow into what we are today. The answer was easy, so here we are.”

The menu is available at Guests will also be able to place orders for delivery or pickup online.

There is also a Good Land Wing Co. location near the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
