Duluth Holdings: Fiscal 1Q earnings snapshot

MOUNT HOREB  Duluth Holdings Inc. (DLTH) on Thursday reported a loss of $7.6 million in its fiscal first quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Mount Horeb-based company said it had a loss of 23 cents.

The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 22 cents per share.

The clothing and tools supplier posted revenue of $114.2 million in the period, exceeding Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $114.1 million.

Duluth Holdings expects full-year earnings to be 74 cents to 80 cents per share, with revenue in the range of $645 million to $655 million.

Duluth Holdings shares have decreased 40% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 21% in the last 12 months.
