MUSKEGO — Eagle Park Brewing
Company will be bringing craft brews and a selection of food to a
Muskego business park, the company confirmed via its Facebook page.
The company is expanding from its original location on the east side
of Milwaukee, 823 E. Hamilton St., by opening the new Muskego
location, which will be housed in a 20,500 square-foot building that
will include a craft brewery, restaurant and tap room.
The new location is at S64-W15680 Commerce Center Parkway. The
original east side location will remain open.
“Eagle Park Brewing was founded by two brothers who live to write
music and drink beer,” according to the company website. “Like their
band, the brewing started in the garage, and like their songs, the
beer tells a story.”

An approximately 15,375 square-foot portion of the Muskego brewery
will be dedicated to production space including bottling, canning
and the distribution of craft beer and spirits, according to the
A tap room, an outdoor patio and restaurant serving a lunch and
dinner menu comprises the remainder of the space. The business will
also have space for two enclosed grain silos for exterior storage of
fresh and spent grains behind the building in the loading dock area.
The brewery would have 30 employees, according to project plans.
Brewery production would occur five days a week while the tap room
and restaurant would be open seven days from 11 a.m. to as late as
midnight, depending on the day of the week.
