GRAFTON A ribbon-cutting and grand opening was held Aug. 21 for the new Bamboo Bistro, 1955 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton.

The Asian fusion restaurant, owned by Luat and Thu Trinh, has a full range of options for diners, from grilled Vietnamese sandwiches to a variety of noodle soups, dishes with vermicelli and rice noodles, pad Thai and a variety of dishes from the wok. The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and closed Sundays and Mondays. To learn more, go to www.bamboobistrografton.com.
