DELAFIELD — Construction in The
Point Crossing at Delafield development began this month, according
to a release from MSI General, which has been selected for the
design and construction of the four-unit, multifamily condominium
project on Wells Street.
The units will be 2,600 to 2,900 square feet. Each will be a
townhome-style condominium featuring a private garage, covered
outdoor patio overlooking the adjacent park, and three floors of

bedrooms located on the upper level of the condos.
“These homes will become a gorgeous new gateway into the city from
the west,” said MSI representatives in a news release.
Each of the four townhouse-style condominium units is expected to
sell for around $875,000, Mark Mulvaney, one of the owners of the
complex, previously told The Freeman.
