DELAFIELD — Construction in The Point Crossing at Delafield development began this month, according to a release from MSI General, which has been selected for the design and construction of the four-unit, multifamily condominium project on Wells Street.

The units will be 2,600 to 2,900 square feet. Each will be a townhome-style condominium featuring a private garage, covered outdoor patio overlooking the adjacent park, and three floors of living space.

There will be kitchen and living space on the middle level and two bedrooms located on the upper level of the condos.

“These homes will become a gorgeous new gateway into the city from the west,” said MSI representatives in a news release.

Each of the four townhouse-style condominium units is expected to sell for around $875,000, Mark Mulvaney, one of the owners of the complex, previously told The Freeman.
