Kathleen ‘Kitty’ Brickson

Kathleen "Kitty" Brickson, 83, died Monday Dec. 5, 2005, at Encore Nursing Home in Stoughton. She was born Nov. 9, 1922, in Marion, N.C.
She was a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II, where she met and married Paul "Brick" Brickson in 1945. Kitty and Brick raised their family in Waukesha, where she was involved as a volunteer in various community organizations. Her retirement years took Kitty and Brick to the western United States. Upon Brick’s death in 1992, she returned to Cambridge to reside with her son.
Kitty was a devoted wife, avid golfer and loved to dance.
She is survived by her son, Paul "Peb" Brickson of Cambridge; a daughter, Pamela Brickson of Port Townsed, Wash.; four grandchildren, Heidi, Travis, Gudrun and Spencer; and her sister-in-law, June Harris of Galveston, Texas.
