James A. "Jim" Jacobson

James A. "Jim" Jacobson, 82, of East Troy and formerly of Milwaukee, died Dec. 3, 2005 after a long battle with Alzheimerís disease. He was the dear husband of Judith A. (nee Winter), loving father of Marc P. Jacobson of Indianapolis and fond brother to Joan (Warren) Monberg of Belleair, Fla. He had many friends throughout the country.

Jim was a World War II Army veteran, member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jimís brain was harvested for research at Harvard University.

His remains were cremated, and a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Jan. 21, 2006, at the Legacy Funeral Home, 2974 Main St., East Troy. Instead of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Kiwanis Manor, 3271 North St., East Troy, WI 53120.
