William F. Schneeberger

William F. Schneeberger, 84, died Saturday, April 1, 2006, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. He was born Nov. 28, 1921.
He proudly served his country in the Pacific Theater during World War II in the U.S. Navy. He had worked at Grede Publication, Quad/Graphics, the U.S. Postal Service and the Waukesha Freeman. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting.
He will be sadly missed by his children, James "Chip" (Gail) Schneeberger of Hartland, Sara Schneeberger of Aurora, Colo., and Jo Schneeberger of Gilbert, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Chris and Kelly Abounader; his sister, Laurel (the late Ronald) Kortemeyer of West Allis; sister-in-law, Arnette Schneeberger of Marshfield; and brother-in-law, Bill Luedtke of Virginia. Aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife, Georgiana (nee Laszewski), on May 13, 1985; a sister, Juanita Luedtke; and a brother, Doug Schneeberger.
Visitation for William will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service Friday, April 7, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Graveside services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 8, at Wisconsin Memorial Park, followed by full military honors.
