James T. Warner

James T. Warner, 68, formerly of Eagle, died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2006, at Fort Memorial Hospital. He was born Aug. 13, 1937, in Masury, Ohio, the son of Michael and Marybelle (nee Clark) Warner.
James retired from Wisconsin Centrifugal in Waukesha after 31 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a former Boy Scout Master of Troop 54 in Eagle.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth (nee Clark). They were married March 18, 1989, in Milwaukee. He also is survived by his children, James Warner, Raymond Warner, William Warner, Michael Warner, Janet Warner and Matthew (Sandra) Warner, all of Waukesha; stepchildren, Christina (James) Hyke of Jefferson, Stacy (Stacy) House of Palmyra, Brian (Rebecca) Hanshaw of Palmyra and Jeff (Leslie) Morarend of Eagle; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Nicholas Warner, John Carter, Andrew Warner, Daniel Warner and Robert Warner; sisters, Julia Thompson, Louise Wilson, Rose Zell and Mary Soda; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is further survived by his dog, Pepsi.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Michael Jr., and four stepgrandchildren, Alexander House, Wiston Montey, Tyler Morarend and infant Hanshaw.
He enjoyed camping, snowmobiling and hiking with his grandchildren. His house was always full of grandchildren and his door was always open to everyone.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral service Friday, Aug. 4, at Mealy's Funeral Home, 320 W. Main St., Palmyra. The Rev. Ronald Frye will officiate with burial at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Eagle with military honors.
