Eleanor was a 1936 graduate of Bay View High School. On April 2, 1938, she married Donald Williams. She worked as a hardware sales person at Sears & Roebuck in Waukesha until the Waukesha store closed in 1981. She was a member of the Practical Club in Waukesha.

(Wendy McCormick) Priefer of Eagle River, Lee Ann (Bill) Kitchell of Hatley, Lisa (Brian) Johnson of Gadsden, Ala., and Cindy (Greg) Weiss of Forest Lake, Minn.; and great-grandchildren, Kendra Peelen of Waukesha, Nate and Gabi Kitchell of Hatley, Nicholas, Timothy and Natalie Johnson of Gadsden, Ala., and Anna and Bethany Weiss of Forest Lake. She is further survived by her sister-in-law, Doris Davies of Waukesha, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald H. Williams, on Sept. 27, 1980, and her brothers, William and Edward Kriese.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today, Dec. 23, at First Presbyterian Church, 810 N. East Ave., Waukesha. Fellowship and visiting will follow the service. Private graveside services will be held at Prairie Home Cemetery.
