Byron F. Didenko Sr.

Byron F. Didenko Sr., 82, of Brookfield, was born into eternal life Sunday, Jan. 29, 2006.
Byron served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 8 of Waukesha. He was the owner and operator of Didenko Welding Inc. of Waukesha for more than 40 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Betty Didenko; his three sons, Byron (Nancy) Didenko Jr., Gerald (Anna) Didenko and Michael (Linda) Didenko; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, James (Carol) Cresco; two sisters, Betty Lou and Mary Jane of California; and cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Virginia.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Bluemound Road, Waukesha. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Waukesha.
