Judith E. Kronschnabel

Judith E. (nee Wendell) Kronschnabel, 63, of Dousman, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2006.

Born Jan. 23, 1943, in Waukesha, she was the daughter of Raymond Wendell and Muriel "Babe" (nee Petersen) Babcock.

Judith retired from the Kettle Moraine School District in June. She was a member of St. Bruno Catholic Church, was an emergency medical technician for the Dousman Fire Department and was the former village clerk for the town of Ottawa. She married Paul Kronschnabel on Aug. 12, 1961.

Survivors include her husband; her mother; five children, Mark (Tammy) Kronschnabel of Helenville, Karla (Jim) Parry of Hartland, John (Terry) Kronschnabel of Dousman, Connie (David) Brown of Palmyra and Matthew (Chris) Kronschnabel of Milwaukee; and her sister, Penny Berns of Pewaukee. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, loving sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and loads of dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service Thursday, March 2, at St. Bruno Catholic Church, 266 W. Ottawa Ave., Dousman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to St. Bruno’s building fund or the Kettle Moraine scholarship fund.
