Lawrence J. ‘Larry’ Boyler

Lawrence J. "Larry" Boyler, 55, died Monday, Jan. 9, 2006, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. He was born Aug. 16, 1950, in Davenport, Iowa, to Louis and Mary Marie (nee Stone) Boyler, who preceded him in death.

In 1975, he graduated from Iowa State University. On June 3, 1978, Larry married the former Cathy Dahlstrom in Davenport. He was a member of the Waukesha Masonic Lodge #37, Free and Accepted Masons, Scottish Rite Bodies, a Ham radio operator (WAŻKWK) and owned and operated I Can See Clearly Now! window cleaners. Larry was also a longtime and active member of First United Methodist Church of Waukesha. He will be missed by his wife of 27 years, Cathy; their daughter, Lauren; his brother, William (Rosemary) Boyler of Davenport; and a brother-in-law, Thomas (Teri) Dahlstrom of Naperville, Ill. He was also a fond uncle to Sarah Boyler and Jon, Jeff and Josh Dahlstrom. Other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation for Larry will be held from 10 a.m. until the noon Masonic Lodge service Saturday, Jan. 14, followed by the Rev. Dwight Bastian at the First United Methodist Church, 121 Wisconsin Ave., Waukesha. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
