Rudolph ‘Rudy’ Brultz

Rudolph "Rudy" Brultz, 84, of Milwaukee, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 23, 2006. Rudy was born Sept. 29, 1921, in Cudahy, the son of John and Mary (nee Schwegl) Brultz. A Navy veteran, he served in World War II. Rudy worked as a machinist at Ladish Co. for more than 35 years.

He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of more than 60 years, Elaine of Mount Carmel Nursing Home in Greenfield; his son, Robert (Judi); two granddaughters, Kerri (Cris) McCarthy and Krista (Christopher) Arnold; and one great-grandson, Maxwell Robert Arnold. Rudolph is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rudy was predeceased by his daughter, Bonnie (Robert) Hartmann; his parents, John and Mary Brultz; and his brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian burial Friday, July 28, at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 3160 S. 63rd St., West Allis. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
