Vivian H. Bade
March 4, 1915 - Feb. 28, 2006
Vivian H. Bade of Mukwonago was born to eternal life Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2006, at Linden Grove in Mukwonago. She was 90. Vivian was born in Kenosha on March 4, 1915, the daughter of Clyde and Magdeline (nee Reimen) Vergon.
On June 18, 1938, she married Milton H. Bade in Milwaukee. Milton preceded her in death Aug. 12, 2000.
After graduating from the Milwaukee Teachers College, she taught in the Mukwonago School District until she retired in 1976.
Vivian was a member of the Mukwonago United Church of Christ and the LaBelle Chapter #40 Order of the Eastern Star, Mukwonago, and was an avid bridge player.
Survivors include her children, Carol (Art) Harvestine, Jan Gainer, Maryl (Paul) Weber and Ken (Mary); a sister, Helen Krueger; a brother-in-law, Russell Selbo; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Hazel Selbo and Mildred Nack; a brother, Ted Vergon; one grandson, Mike Harvestine; and one great-grandson, Justin Gainer.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the 4 p.m. Eastern Star service Saturday, March 11, followed by the Rev. Al Nichols, all at the Mukwonago United Church of Christ, S93-W30740 Highway NN. Entombment will take place privately at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Wauwatosa.
