Michael F. ‘Mikey’ Bauer

Michael F. "Mikey" Bauer, 25, of Waukesha, smiled his last smile Sunday, March 19, 2006, at Watertown Memorial Hospital with his mother at his side. In his 25 years, Michael has endured so much pain, but now his pain has ended.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Bauer of Waukesha; father, Frederick (Jennifer) Bauer of Waukesha; brother, Matthew Bauer of Manhattan, Kan.; sister, Katharine (Jason) Warzynski of Pewaukee; and brothers, Theodore and Frank Bauer of Waukesha. Mikey was also adored by his niece and nephew, Anna and Nolan Warzynski; grandmother, Beverly Frederick of Waukesha; and grandfather, James (Carol) Bauer of Sarasota, Fla. Mikey will be missed by all those who have been blessed to have had their lives touched by him. Mikey was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roland "Rollie" Frederick, and his grandmother, Meg Bauer.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service Wednesday, March 22, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road (on the corners of highways J and JJ, about four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha. Private interment will be held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waukesha.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bethesda Lutheran Homes of Watertown.
