Lucille E. Ritchey

Lucille E. Ritchey, 85, formerly of Troy Center, died Friday, May 5, 2006, at her residence at the Heritage in East Troy. She was born Jan. 13, 1921, to the late Fred and Ruth (nee Faestel) Annis in Elkhorn.

Lucille married Gerald Ritchey on April 13, 1946, in Elkhorn. He preceded her in death Jan. 26, 1999. She graduated from East Troy High School in 1939 and attended Troy Center Methodist Church, where she played piano and organ for about 40 years. She was a homemaker and a 4-H leader for four years. She worked at Borg during the war and then several years at Linden Terrace Supper Club.

She is survived by her son, Larry (Carla) Ritchey of East Troy; daughter, Sharon (Wayne Lombordo) of Cave Creek, Ariz.; sisters-in-law, Jessie Annis, Dorothy Annis and Elaine Raduechel; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her brother, Raymond, and her brothers-in-law, Dick and Leone Ritchey.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service Sunday, May 7, at Mealy’s Funeral Home, 103 Eagle St., Eagle. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, May 8, at Quarterline-Evergreen Cemetery; meet at the cemetery.
