Gerald R. ‘Jerry’ Leih

Gerald R. "Jerry" Leih of Waukesha died on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at the age of 56. Jerry was born in Racine, WI to Jacob and Ruby (nee Gerald) Leih on March 23, 1950.
He graduated from Racine Horlick High School, Carthage College (bachelor of arts) and the University of Wisconsin-Madison (master of business administration). He was a 28-year employee of First Wisconsin National Bank, Firstar and US Bank in Milwaukee and Des Moines, Iowa.
On Sept. 3, 1977, he married Andrea (nee Welling) in Kenosha. He is survived by his wife, Andrea; his mother, Ruby; his daughters, Kirstin and Rachel; and his brother, Thomas (Susan) Leih. Jerry is also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Kristine (Ronald) Chapman, Meta (James) Franklin, Laura (Timothy) Gannon, James Welling, Amy (Eric) Baker, Diana (John) Deveraux, Janet (John) Schomburg and Jay (Halle) Schliesmann. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews, Michael and Rebecca Leih, William Franklin, Michael and Melissa Gannon and Richard and Christopher Baker.
Preceding Jerry in death is his father, Jake.
Visitation for Jerry will be from 11 a.m. until the noon memorial Mass on Friday, May 19, at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Private inurnment will be held at a later date.
