Michelle ‘Micki’ Marshment

Michelle "Micki" Marshment of Waukesha died Saturday, May 27, 2006, at age 43. Michelle was born in New London on Sept. 30, 1962, the daughter of Lawrence and Marlene (nee Schimke) Manderfield.

She was united in marriage to Michael "Mike" Marshment on Sept. 16, 1988. Michelle graduated from Marinette High School in 1980 and received a bachelor of arts in education from Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minn. Her work experience was in the area of medical billing, coding and insurance. She was also involved in training, claims processing and provider relations. Michelle was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and volunteered with Cub Scout Pack 84 of Hawthorne School. She will be remembered as a cat lover and an avid Green Bay Packer fan.

Michelle will be sadly missed by her husband, Michael "Mike" of Waukesha; son, Matthew of Waukesha; mother, Marlene Manderfield of Crivitz; sister, Marianne (Rick) Riccardi of Sheboygan Falls; maternal grandmother, Adaline Schimke of Crivitz; father-in-law, Philip (Bette) Marshment of Waukesha; sister-in-law, Cindy (Mike) Anhalt of Waunakee; aunt, Lucille Lineberg of Appleton; uncle, retired U.S. Navy Lt. Commander Leonard Manderfield of Florida; nephew, Paul Manderfield of Marinette; and nieces, Christina Klessig of Sheboygan Falls and Emily and Caroline Anhalt of Waunakee. Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence, in 1996, and her brother, Michael Manderfield, in 2006.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until a 6:30 p.m. prayer service Friday, June 2, at Cesarz, Charapata, and Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. The Rev. Scott Oelhafen will officiate. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 5, at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in the town of Beaver. The Rev. Mark Hannemann will officiate. Burial will take place Monday in the St. Matthew Lutheran Church Cemetery in Beaver immediately following the church service.
