Dorothy M. Dieball of Hartland died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006, at the age of 78, at AngelsGrace Hospice.
Dorothy was born Dec. 12, 1927, in Hartland, the daughter of Arthur and Florence (nee Koester) Rademan. She was a 1944 graduate of Hartland High School and was united in marriage to Erwin Dieball on August 29, 1948. She was employed as a secretary for many years at Pal-O-Pak Insulation in Hartland, and also was a waitress at Fox and Hounds, and Haselows. Dorothy was a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church in Hartland.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Erwin, and his parents; and brother-in-law, Lloyd Dieball.
Dorothy will be sadly missed by her children, Bruce (Leah) Dieball of Ashippun, Gail Dieball of Hilbert and Mark Dieball of Hartland; sister, Marjorie (Alvin) Dieball of Hartland; brothers, Kenneth (Joanne) Rademan of Waukesha and William (Ruth) Rademan of Hartland; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Doris (Horace) Becherer, Marilyn Dieball, Fritz (Bernice) Dieball, Arlene (Dick) Winkelman, and Shirley Dieball; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service for Dorothy will be held Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church, 1023 E. Capitol Drive, Hartland. The Rev. Stephen Ristow will officiate. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006, at the church from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., with a second visitation on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Merton/Lisbon Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dorothy’s name may be directed to Zion Lutheran Church or the Wisconsin Parkinson’s Association, 945 N. 12th St., Milwaukee, WI 53233.
