Ferdinand Johannes, 87, of New Berlin, passed away on Sept. 23, 2006. He was born in Milwaukee on Aug. 8, 1919.
Ferdinand is the beloved husband of Deloris (nee Luedtke) for 63 years; dear father of James (Mary Jean), Dennis (Patricia) and Sharon (Michael) Moeller; grandfather of John (Adela), Laura, Michael Jr. (fianceŽ Bonnie), Jennifer and Phillip (Jennifer); great-grandfather of Maria, Jasmin, Jeffrey, Michael III and Mason. He also is survived by other relatives and friends and was preceded in death by his grandson, Jeffery.
Ferdinand retired from Eaton Corp. (Cutler-Hammer). He had been active with the Boy Scouts of America, a volunteer fireman in New Berlin and was a longtime member of Reformation Lutheran Church in Brookfield.
Services are pending for Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, at 7 p.m. at Reformation Lutheran Church, 195 Adelmann Ave., Brookfield. Visitation is tentatively scheduled from 3 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will be Wednesday at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
