Willis Henry Foss

Willis Henry Foss, 76, of Waukesha, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007, following a long battle with Parkinsonﾕs disease. He was born in the town of Waukesha on June 23, 1931, to William and Lulu (nee Austin) Foss.
Mr. Foss was a dairy farmer for most of his life. In the earlier years, he had a milk route for Hawthorne Melody. He enjoyed collecting Oliver Tractor toys. Willis also loved attending tractor pulls with his family. He was a longtime member of the Waukesha County Agri Business and the Golden Guernsey Dairy Producers, and was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Brookfield.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 52 years, Barbara (nee Werning) Foss of Waukesha; their three children, Terry (Candy) Foss of Waukesha, Sherry (Mark) Cartwright of Big Bend and Sue (Mike) Quam of New Berlin; six wonderful grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his sisters, Helen (Glenn) McHalsky of Eagle River, Grace (Raymond) Kerr of Jefferson, Lois (the late Denny) Diekfuss of Coloma and the late Mardell Schwarz, and two special four-legged friends, Emily and Fritz.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7:30 p.m. funeral service Monday, Aug. 6, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha.
