Carol J. Collath

Carol J. Collath of Mukwonago passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2007. She was 90. Carol was born in Milwaukee on March 5, 1917, the daughter of Edward and Lucy (nee Nalor) Bloor.
She was a retired elementary school teacher from the Waterford School District. Carol was a member and past president of the Mukwonago American Legion Auxiliary and past secretary of the Waukesha County American Legion Auxiliary. Carol led a very active life and was a devoted grandmother.
Survivors include her children, Lisa (Dave) Teske of Eagle, Kurt (Jeanine) of Mukwonago, Wendy (Mark) Marzion of Eagle and Chad of Eagle; grandchildren, David Teske, Shannon (Brent) Stanley, Matthew Teske, Melanie Collath, Kimberly (Andy) Kowalkowski, Nicole Collath, Alexa, Cara and Evan Marzion and Ryan Pyszczynski; great-grandchild, Dylan Stanley; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gene; and a brother, Robert Bloor.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the noon American Legion Auxiliary service Monday, Aug. 13, followed by a family eulogy at Schmidt & Bartelt-Van Valin Funeral Home, 315 Main St. (Highway ES), Mukwonago. Interment will be in Southern Wisconsin Veteranís Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association are appreciated.
