Donald J. ‘Don’ Kruck Sr.

Donald J. "Don" Kruck Sr. found peace Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007, at age 89, "almost 90."

Don was honored by the Automobile Dealers Association of Mega Milwaukee, or ADAMM, for 52 years of automobile sales. He also received many sales awards from General Motors. Don received a track and cross-country scholarship to Marquette University. He was a World War II Army veteran and member of the American Legion Elm Grove Post #449.

He is the beloved husband and best friend of Patty Fenstad; loving dad of Debbie (the late David Sr.) Zarate and Donald J. "D.J." Kruck Jr.; dear "Pops" of Vicki (Bill) Holden, Jodi (Jim) Baylerian and Greg (Jeannine) Fenstad; proud grandfather of David Zarate Jr., Arthur and James Zarate, Lindsi, Steven and Troy Holden, Nuri and Ara Baylerian and Paul Uselding; and brother of Clem (Sharon) Kruck and Frank (Barbara) Kruck. He is also loved by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Antoinette "Nettie," and his siblings, Ginny Yopps, Eugene Kruck and Rosemary Statz.

A gathering will be held from 1 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at Krause Funeral Home, 7001 W. Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m.
