Guido DeGuiseppi

Guido DeGuiseppi, lifelong resident of Waukesha, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007, at age 86. Guido was born Dec. 23, 1920, the son of the late Antonio and Margherita (nee DeCurzio) DeGuiseppi.

He was united in marriage to Conchetta "Connie" Beaumont on July 21, 1945. Guido served his country in the U.S. Navy, and owned and operated Main Auto Parts in Waukesha until his retirement March 1, 1993. He especially enjoyed golf and spending time with his family.

Guido will be deeply missed by his wife, Connie; five daughters, Kathleen (William) Gomes of Wantagh, N.Y., Karen (Thomas) Wimmer of West Allis, Mary (Robert) Christofaro-DeGuiseppi of Bogart, Ga., Susan (Gary) DeGuiseppi-Wutkowski of West Allis and Anne (Jack) Carr of Colorado Springs, Colo.; seven grandchildren, Francesca, Alexandra, David, Jarred, Jessica, Logan and Rachel; and sister, Nancy (John) Randag of Elmhurst, Ill. Guido is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

A funeral service for Guido will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2007, at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of Chimes, 13235 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI 53008. The Rev. Dick Oberley will be officiating. The visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007, at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188, as well as from 10:30 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service Friday at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of Chimes. Entombment will immediately follow the service at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield.
