Florence E. Hartmann Ott Luedtke

Florence E. Hartmann Ott Luedtke passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2007, at age 94. She was born April 12, 1912, to parents John and Anna Hartmann on Curtis Road in Wauwatosa, and graduated from Waukesha High School in 1929.
Florence was an accomplished sheepshead player and well-known for her lemon pie and famous cupcakes. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hartland and former member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kewaunee.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Frederick Ott and Clarence Luedtke. She is survived by her children, Joan (Frank) Belsey, Fred (Mary) Ott and Greg (Cindy) Ott; her stepchildren, Judy (Ronnie) Kleiman, Alan Luedtke and Harold (Charlene) Luedtke; 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her sister, Gwen Bier, and her brother, Robert Hartmann, also preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the 11:30 a.m. funeral service Monday, Feb. 26, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 415 W. Capitol Drive, Hartland. Burial will be in Pinelawn Cemetery.
