Richard C. ‘Rick’ Harmon

Richard C. "Rick" Harmon of Waukesha died Monday, Jan. 29, 2007, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at age 47, after a battle with cancer. Rick was born Aug. 26, 1959, in Waukesha, the son of Glenn and Lorraine (nee Kreidler) Harmon.

He was a 1977 graduate of Waukesha South High School, and was employed for Husco International for 29 years. Rick was an avid bowler, achieving two 300 games. He also loved golfing, traveling and aviation.

Rick will be sadly missed by his mother, Lorraine (John) Martin of Legend Lake and Lakeland, Fla.; his brothers and sister, Mike Harmon of Milwaukee, Karen (Jeff) Wandsneider of Waukesha, Tom (Mary) Harmon of Rome and Dan Harmon of Waukesha; his wife, Georgia, and her children, Chris, David, Amanda and Elyse; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Glenn, and his grandparents.

Visitation for Rick will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. vigil service Friday, Feb. 2, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. A second visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Saturday, Feb. 3, at the funeral home. The Rev. Leonard Barbian will officiate. Entombment will immediately follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Waukesha.
