Judith ‘Judy’ A. (nee Mlodzik) DacQuisto

Judith "Judy" A. (nee Mlodzik) DacQuisto, a lifelong resident of Waukesha, died of brain cancer after a courageous battle Saturday, July 7, 2007, at age 65. Judy was born Oct. 15, 1941, the daughter of Barney and Adeline (Bach) Mlodzik.

She was a longtime member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and retired from Waukesha Memorial Hospital.

Judy was the loving wife of Leonard, whom she married in January of 1963 in Waukesha. She is the dear mother of Leonard DacQuisto Jr. of Milwaukee, Lisa DacQuisto of Chicago, Gina (Alex) DacQuisto-Ballard and Ann (Damon) DacQuisto- Schmidt, both of Milwaukee. She is also survived by her mother, Adeline Mlodzik of Waukesha; her two grandchildren, Stella and Silvana; her sisters, Carol (Richard) Roberts of Arizona and Mary (Donald) Skoug of Waukesha; brother-in-laws, Peter (Annabelle), Fred (Kitty), Frank and Nick; and other relatives and many friends. Judy is preceded in death by her father, Barney Mlodzik.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. memorial Mass on Thursday, July 12,

at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 822 N. East Ave., Waukesha. The Rev. William Key will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to St. Clare’s Monastery, C/O Mother Superior Sister Barbara, 421 S. Fourth St., Sauk Rapids, MN 56379.
