Herman Siverling of Waukesha died Monday, July 23, 2007, at LindenGrove in Waukesha at age 101. Herman was born in Rechlinghausen, Germany, on Oct. 29, 1905, the son of Henry and Anna (nee Hinkerode) Siverling.
He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and was a retiree of Miller Brewing Co.
Herman will be sadly missed by his children, Janice Gennrich of Wisconsin Rapids and David (Madeline) Siverling of Milwaukee; daughter-in-law, Gail Siverling of Waukesha; grandchildren, Julie (Carl) Huttner, Cheryl (Gary) Becker, Barbara (Kevin) Deinzer, Judy (Joe) Wilson, JoAnn (William) Morrison, Jill (Scott) Bowers and Darren (Andrea) Siverling; 14 great-grandchildren; and sister, Emmy Polack of Milwaukee. Herman is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Herman was preceded in death by his wife, Florence; son, Dale; son-in-law, Gerald Gennrich; brothers, Theodore, Gerhardt, Henry and Frank; and his sister, Anna Secora.

Visitation for Herman will be held from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral Mass on Thursday, July 26, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 822 N. East Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186. Burial will take place immediately following the Mass at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin.
