Robert Lawrence Burchell Jr.

Robert Lawrence Burchell Jr. of Davison, Mich., formerly of Waukesha, died Tuesday, July 24, 2007, at Brianís House of Davison. He was 69.
Robert was born in Flint, Mich., on April 6, 1938, the son of the late Robert L. Sr. and Agnes Burchell. He was a resident of Waukesha for 30 years and Davison for 20 years.
He married Nola MacMillan on Sept. 5, 1987, at Riverside Tabernacle.
Robert was a 1956 graduate of Flint Tech High School and served in the U.S. Navy from 1955 to 1959. He was a member of Heather Creek Church and served as past president and chaplain of Life Underwriters. He was an avid golfer. Robert was a retired agent for American General Life, a former Waukesha County deputy sheriff and was employed with Godfrey Co. and Hein Warner Corp.
He is survived by his wife, Nola; Gloria Anderson, the mother of Bobís three children: Pastor Robert L. III and wife Cindy of Marion, Ind., and their children, Robert IV, Lauran and Brad; Lisa Shiman Rehn and husband David Rehn of Waukesha and Lisaís children, Cassie, Jordan, Spencer and Mailey; Kathleen and husband Dean Roberts of East Troy and their sons, Denver and Logan; two stepchildren: Sharon and husband David Finch of Davison and their daughters, Candace and Amanda; Terry Eastman of Davison and his children, Andrew and Nicole; four great-grandchildren; brother, Richard and wife Norma Burchell of Kentucky; sister, Gayle Miller of Flint; mother-in-law, Betty and husband Francis Stoulil; two sisters-in-law, Vickie and husband Larry Konya of Davison and Annesta and husband Jesse Bennett of Gladwin; and aunts, uncles, cousins and several nieces and nephews. Special recognition goes out to Penny McKittrick.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Gordon Burchell.
Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 30, at Prairie Home Cemetery in Waukesha.
