Susan ‘Sue’ Ann Noben (nee Gregware)

Susan "Sue" Ann Noben (nee Gregware) of Sun City, Ariz., formerly of New Berlin, died Sunday, July 22, 2007, at age 54. Sue was born Aug. 26, 1952, in Waukesha, to William and Dorothy (nee Nielson) Gregware.

Susan was a certified TIG welder and worked at Waukesha Electric for several years. In 2005, she moved to Sun City and decided to go back to her nursing roots as a certified nursing assistant. She enjoyed caregiving and recently decided to pursue a nursing degree. Her family is indebted to her for her unselfish support in assisting her father in the care of her mother during her mother’s final months battling cancer. Susan was always happiest to be with her family and everyone will miss her infectious happiness, ready smile and laugh.

Susan will be sadly missed by her children, Theresa Medina (Cory Weisrock) of Milwaukee and Melissa Cornejo (Troy Hansen) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Autumn and Kyle Sperk, Madison and Payton Weisrock and Meadow Hansen; four brothers, Michael (Barbara) Gregware, Thomas (Sandra) Gregware, Jim (Betty) Gregware and Patrick (Johnny Garcia) Gregware; two sisters, Vicki (William) Gregware-Hess and Mary (Jeffrey) Ewing; four nieces, Michelle and Jenna Gregware and Kayla and Emma (Godchild) Ewing; and four nephews, Justin, Nicholas, Benjamin and Joshua Gregware.

Susan was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Gregware.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, July 30, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Visitation continues from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian burial Tuesday, July 31, at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, with Rev. Bob Gosma officiating. Inurnment of Susan’s cremains will be placed at St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery in Genesee Depot.
