Charles H. Plotz

March 21, 1918 - June 23, 2007

Charles H. Plotz of East Troy, a husband, father and friend, died peacefully Saturday, June 23, 2007, at Waukesha Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was 89.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Rose (nee Becker). He is survived by his children, Elizabeth (Robert) Way, Roberta (Robert) Gorman, Charles and Kevin (Denise); grandchildren, Jennifer (Jeffrey) Sarver, Kirsten (Robert) Hulbert, Arthur Way, Ryan, Karyn and Daniel Plotz, Jennifer Evenson and Kevin (Karen) and Michelle Gorman; a sister-in-law, Virginia Plotz; and other relatives and friends.

In addition to his wife, Rose, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Evenson, and brothers and sisters.

Charles was born in Waukesha on March 21, 1918, the son of Gerald and Caroline (nee Lockerman) Plotz. He was a retiree of General Motors. Charles enjoyed hunting and playing sheepshead, poker and other card games. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Mukwonago.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the noon funeral Mass on Friday, June 29, at St. James Catholic Church, 830 Highway NN East, Mukwonago. The Rev. John Twomey will be officiating. Interment will be at St. Peterís Cemetery, East Troy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice are appreciated.
