He served his country as a Marine in Vietnam.

David is survived as a loving husband, father, son, uncle and, most proudly, a grandfather. He is survived by his mother, Lois (nee Schaeffer) Dietscher; his wife, Louise of Tennessee; his children, Sonny Dietscher of Waukesha and Lisa (Jimmie) Marshall, also of Waukesha; his grandchildren, Autumn Dietscher and Lorenzo Tamez; and his many sisters and brothers.

He was preceded in death by his father, David H. Dietscher.

Services will be held in Madisonville, Tenn.
