Harold will sadly be missed by his wife of 48 years, Judy; his children, John (Kris) of Oconomowoc, James (Christina) of Oconomowoc, Shawn (Loren Hoisington) Birzer of Watertown, Dawn (Randy) Schultz of Watertown and Donald (Linda) of Watertown; nine grandchildren, Michael, Jessie, Dustin, Curtis, Brandon (Nicky) Brad, Katie, Paige and Lindsey; one great-grandson, Braeden; his brothers, Robert (Barbara) and Frank (Lee); and sisters, Sharon (Chuck) Slater and Barbara (Bob) Huebner. Harold is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other family members and good friends, including Bernie Birzer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Bob Huebner Jr.

Harold was a member of St. Jerome’s Church. He worked many years at International Harvester. He also worked at a vegetable farm and at different Oconomowoc area farms combining crops and plowing fields. After retiring, he took on delivering papers for the Oconomowoc Enterprise, which was his pride and joy until he no longer could. He loved his flowers and loved to create and hand paint lawn decorations. He was also an avid Packers fan.

Harold’s wishes were to be cremated. There will be a time of gathering from 10 a.m. until the noon memorial service Sunday, March 11, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ), Waukesha.

The family wishes to thank Horizon Home Care and Hospice, especially Ellen Weisner and Sophy Rose for the loving care given to Harold.
