John H. Miller

John H. Miller, 84, of Rogers, Ark., formerly of Waukesha, went home to be with his lord and savior Sunday, March 25, 2007, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rogers. He was born Oct. 8, 1922, in Waterbury, Conn., to the late Irving C. and Dorothy (nee Hattersley) Miller.
John was a World War II Army veteran, receiving the Bronze Star on Nov. 11, 2003. He was a retired machinist of 36 years with Allis-Chalmers, Milwaukee.
Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Lorna G. Miller of Rogers, and four children, John Thomas (Sue) Miller of Wausau, Robert William (Janet) Miller of Mosinee, James Baxter (Connie) Miller of New Berlin and Patricia Ann Cotrone of Hamburg. He is further survived by a brother, David P. Miller of Denver; a sister, Enid Forsberg of Sebring, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services with full military honors will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at Highland Memorial Park, 14875 W. Greenfield Ave., New Berlin. Please meet at the cemetery entrance. Services were held earlier this week at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
