Kenneth D. Aasen

Kenneth D. Aasen, 87, of Oconomowoc passed away Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007. He was born March 15, 1920 in Wesby, WI. to Peder and Georgina (nee Gunderson) Aasen.
He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army in the Pacific during World War II. He founded Ken Aasen Heating of Oconomowoc in 1948, which is now known as Aasen Heating and Air Conditioning. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 42 F&M, member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2260 and a lifetime member of the Oconomowoc Sportsman Club.
He is survived by his sons Peter (Catherine) Aasen of Oconomowoc; and Howard Aasen of Cook City, Mont.; and by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Evelyn Allen, four brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13 at Schmidt & Bartelt Notbohm-Kreutzmann in Oconomowoc, followed by a memorial service, with the Rev. Mark Rydberg officiating. Burial will take place at LaBelle Cemetery.
