He is the beloved husband of Elaine (nee Bauer) for 51 years; loving father of Sandra Lookatch, Thomas III (Cheryl) Sullivan and Eileen (Alan) Kohls; adored grandfather, confidant and best friend of Sara, William, Samantha and Alexander Lookatch, Thomas IV, Daniel and Caitlin Sullivan, Erich "Max" and Sally Kohls. Tom was a retiree of Nordberg Mfg. Co. He loved, enjoyed and took pride in all his grandchildren. He was always very supportive in all their ventures, sports and daily lives. He lived every day to the fullest and was an avid Packers fan. He also enjoyed his little gambling "junkets" to the casinos with his wife and longtime friend, Ron.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service, on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 136 W. Waukesha Road, Eagle.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society for Research would be appreciated.

Highest gratitude to Michele Ann Evers "Shelly" for her kindness, thoughtfulness, support and care to Tom and his family in our time of need. Special thanks to Dr. Chitambar and his staff at Froedtert East Clinic, the nurses and doctors on 4NT at Froedtert Hospital and Annette from Horizon Health Care for their excellent care and kindness.

Tom was a loving, helpful man and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
