Zachary Ryan Juhlmann of Waukesha died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007, at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa at age 15.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service Monday, Dec. 3, at River Glen Christian Fellowship Church, S31-W30601 Sunset Drive, Waukesha. A private family interment will be held at Salem Cemetery in Wales.
