Dr. Joseph C. Borzenski
Dr. Joseph C. Borzenski of Waukesha died peacefully Friday, March 28, 2008, with his wife at his side.
An ever-voracious reader, he also relished the arts, symphony, operas and theater. He also had a passion for flying aircrafts. Always the consummate humorist and positive-minded human being, he loved the fine qualities of life. His spirit of adventure and quest for educational excellence continues on in his nieces and nephews and family.
He served his country in active duty in France and Germany as an expert rifleman during World War II with a Bronze Star. He was a graduate of the University of Chicago and the Chicago College of Optometry.
Leaving behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Joe are his wife, Skip; brother, Ed Bork; nephew, Dr. Tom Furmanski; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Private services will be held.
