Patricia "Pat" M. Hotkowski, 74, of Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at her home surrounded by her family after a brave and lengthy battle with cancer. Pat was born June 8, 1934, in Pittsfield, the daughter of the late Antone and Helen (Matuszak) Zuleger.

She was a graduate of Seymour High School. On June 21, 1958, she married Chet Hotkowski at St. Hedwigs Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Pat was employed for more than 29 years at Sears Roebuck and Co. until her retirement as a head cashier. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and a friend to many and will always be lovingly remembered and sorrowfully missed.

Pat is survived by her loving husband, Chet; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Steven and Diane Hotkowski of Wind Lake and Daniel J. Hotkowski of Crivitz; two sisters, Ruth Le Duc of Green Bay and Mary Sugden of Green Bay; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Roy and Sharon Matuszak of Vespser and David Matuszak of Waukesha. Pat is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law, Keith Sugden.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. Mass of Resurrection on Friday, Aug. 8, at St. Willebrords Catholic Church, 209 S. Adams St., Green Bay, with the Rev. Kenneth J. DeGroot O. Praem officiating. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park, New Berlin.

The family would like to offer a special thank you to the staff of Unity Hospice and Bruce and Marie Bayne for all of their loving attention and compassion. Also, a heartfelt note of appreciation to Patís sisters, Ruth and Mary, for their special devotion in taking care of Pat.
