Lois J. Moresi

Lois J. Moresi of Waukesha died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at Avalon Square at age 79. She was born Aug. 24, 1929, in Chicago, the daughter of Orvis and Ruth (nee Reindl) Jayne.

Lois married Charles Moresi on June 19, 1953, in Chicago; he preceded her in death in 1994. She was employed as a keypunch operator for Northwestern Railroad for many years until retirement.

Lois will be sadly missed by her children, James Moresi of El Dorado Springs, Mo., Jay (Robyn Gilman) Moresi of Deer Grove, Ill., Linda (Michael) Rice of Waukesha and Jeff Moresi of El Dorado Springs; grandchildren, Leann Moresi of Rock Falls, Ill., Michelle (Michael) Davis of Walnut, Ill., Julie Moresi of Stering, Ill., and Natasha, Dylan, Tatiana and Ian Rice, all of Waukesha; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Robbins, Jason and Jacob Johnson, Jonathan Davis, Peyton Henry and Olivia Castillo.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. funeral service Monday, Dec. 29, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. The Rev. Don Clarke will preside. She will be buried with her husband at Springfield National Cemetery in Springfield, Mo.
