Allen ‘Al’ J. Stuettgen March 8, 1952 - Dec. 21, 2008
Al was united in marriage to Debbie Golemgeski on Aug. 17, 1974. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Al worked as a mechanic and a service manager for Ruan Transport Co. for more than 30 years. He enjoyed NASCAR and collecting promotional model cars. Al was proud of his 2003 custom-painted Chevy Silverado pickup, but even more important was seeing all three of his children graduate from college. Al will be deeply missed by his wife, Debbie of Waukesha; children, Kelly (Andy) Richmond of Phoenix, Nate of Phoenix and Angie of Waukesha; granddaughter, Olivia; brother, Luke (Laurie) of Mequon; sister, Sharon (Tom) McGinnis of Cudahy; and father- and mother-in-law, Arnold and Fyrn Golemgeski of Oconomowoc. Al is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Al was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral Mass on Friday, Dec. 26, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha. The Very Rev. James T. Volkert will be officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the Mass at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Waukesha.
