Amy M. Wollenzien

Amy M. Wollenzien, 36, of Eagle, passed away peacefully Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. Amy was born July 6, 1971, in Waukesha, the daughter of William "Woody" and Katherine "Kay" Wollenzien.
She was the dear sister of John, Bill (Dawn) and Sherry (Tammy) Wollenzien; loving granddaughter of the late George Gerstenberger and Catherine (Clyde) Frank; and loving aunt of Becca and Samantha, and was especially fond of J.T. and Hunter. Amy is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
Amy’s passion in life was riding and showing quarter horses and buckskins. She was formerly active in the SMILES program and also in 4-H and WBHA. Amy made friends wherever she went, including her employment with Target, Stein’s Gardens and Gifts and the Pick ‘n Save in Wales.
A memorial gathering will be held from 5 p.m. until the 7 p.m. memorial service Friday, Jan. 25, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha.
