Maureen J. Monfre

Maureen J. Monfre (nee Cullinane) passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family Friday, Jan. 25, 2008, at age 53.

Maureen is lovingly survived by her husband of 33 years, Gary, and is the loving, cherished and devoted mom of Gregory and Erin.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, James and Virginia Cullinane.

She is the loving sister and friend of the late James (Kathy), Dennis, Pat (Marsha) Cullinane, Eileen (Jim) Balagna, John (Tami), David (Darlene), Mary Kay and Bill (Amy) Cullinane; dear daughter-in-law of Carmello and Marie Monfre; dear sister-in-law of Kathy (Loren) Krueger; special godmother of Ciera Cullinane; special aunt of Jamie, Shaun, Riley, Erica, Ashley, Conner, Christian, Chanel, Delaney, McKenna, Cayden, Lisa (Rich) Blank, Brian (Kris) Krueger, Owen, Autumn, Brian and Dillon.

Maureen will be remembered by other relatives and many wonderful friends

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road, Waukesha (four blocks south of Interstate 94 at highways J and JJ). Visitation will also be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha. The Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Private entombment will be at St. Josephís Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Maureenís name may be directed to Waukesha Memorial Hospital in c/o Breast Cancer Research.

Maureen was a member of NASM, Elmbrook Bible study and her best friend book club.
