Anne M. Kumm (nee Brunner, formerly Egofske)

July 23, 1925 - June 10, 2008

Anne M. Kumm (nee Brunner, formerly Egofske) of New Berlin found eternal peace Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at age 82.

She was the beloved wife of William and the late Ervin Egofske; loving mother of Larry (Mary) Egofske, Shirley (Del) Kroupa, Carol (Brad) Steiner and the late Ervin Jr. "Jackie"; stepmother of Linda Bilicki; and sister of John, Joseph (Marlene), William (Karen), Richard (Kathy), Charles (Carolyn), Barbara (Thomas) La Van and Ruth (Fred) Sedlacek. She is further survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Catherine Gimler, Emma Buse and Elizabeth Petrie, and a sister-in-law, Jeanne Brunner.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 15, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 15250 W. National Ave., New Berlin, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation continues from 9:30 a.m. until the 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial Monday, June 16, at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 16000 W. National Ave., New Berlin.

Memorials to be given to the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County, the Alzheimerís Association or the Parkinsonís Association.

The family would like to thank the staff at Muskego Nursing Home and Vitas Hospice for all their wonderful care.
