Minerva Adams passed away Friday, June 13, 2008, at Park Health and Rehab in St. Louis Park, Minn., at the age of 90. Minerva was born Oct. 18, 1917, in Deerfield, the daughter of James and Mildred Levinson. Minerva lived on North James Street in Waukesha for 57 years. For more than 30 years, she worked as an administrative assistant for the state of Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
She is survived by a son, two loving granddaughters and two adored great-grandchildren.
Minerva was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Clarence "Scoby" Adams.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 17 at Prairie Home Cemetery, officiated by Rabbi Adams of Temple Emanuel. Guests are asked to assemble at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, at 11 a.m. for procession to the cemetery.
